Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from House of Waxx Hair, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us.

Undeliverable Packages
